Planned absence announcement

Picture
I wanted to let you know that I will be absent this Wednesday - Friday due to an out-of-state family wedding in New Jersey. My cousin is getting married early afternoon on Thursday, so I am flying out with my family on Wednesday. I was out unexpectedly last Monday and Tuesday due to a cold and sinus infection, and I wasn't able to provide the students with prior notice, which I learned made it difficult for many of them. This BROKE my heart! I have been telling them about this upcoming absence for a couple of weeks now though, so they are aware; however, I would appreciate if you also reminded your child of this and that they'll be in excellent hands while I'm gone! Thank you in advance for your support with this.
