September 9, 2022 - Week 5

It has been great to be back with the students this week—the break was so nice, and it is hard to believe that it is already Friday! We packed so much into the three days; the students are really doing great!

Book fair & ICE CREAM SOCIAL info

Our annual Pre-K - 2nd grade Ice Cream Social is THIS EVENING from 4:30 - 6:30! Come join your fellow Dolphins for some delicious ice cream and browse the Scholastic Book Fair!

If you're unable to make the Ice Cream Social tonight, please do not stress! We will visit the Book Fair as a class on Monday afternoon. If you would like for your child to purchase books on this day, please consider setting up an E-Wallet for your child. It is very simple! You can do so by clicking here. Upon arrival on Monday afternoon, our wonderful volunteers should be able to look up your child's name to access his/her E-Wallet to make payment efficient!

Also, if you're interested in donating funds to our class' E-Wallet so books can be purchased for our classroom library, you can do so by clicking here. Any amount is greatly appreciated! Thank you so much in advance for supporting our class in developing an even stronger love of reading by helping us revamp our book inventory!

MYSTERY READER SIGN-UP

I would like to give a HUGE shoutout to our awesome Mystery Reader Coordinator, Mrs. Becki Miller (Austin's mother) for organizing our MR schedule for the school year! If you're interested in coming to read to our class, please sign up here. If you haven't already done so, please be sure to complete the Fulton County Volunteer Application few days BEFORE you plan to read (please click here to to so). If this has not been completed and processed before your arrival, you will not be able to go past the front office.
